For the second time in a row, the Great Place to Work® Institute Belgium ranks N-SIDE among the Best Workplaces in Belgium within the "small companies" category (less than 250 employees).
This recognition follows the “Great Place to Work®” certification that N-SIDE is awarded each year since 2019.
Being a Best Workplace: behind the scenes
In addition to the pride of being once again certified, the journey to become awarded one of the Best Workplaces does not happen overnight. It is the result of a consistent commitment and the recognition of a company dedicated to offer the best.

What does it mean for your organisation to become a Best Workplace?
At N-SIDE we care for each other, for our customers and partners, and for having a positive impact together. Being certified among the Best Workplaces in Belgium represents for us our commitment towards our employees: commitment to build a workplace where they can experience empowerment, trust, impact, fulfillment and growth. Also, being a Best Workplace is a huge source of pride for all N-SIDErs as we all contribute to make our workplace better and better every day!

The annual Great Place to Work® Audit provides us precious insights about our employees’ perspective about their experience as N-SIDErs. Throughout the year, we listen to their feedback about all the different dimensions related to their experience at N-SIDE and ensure to communicate in all transparency the results to all employees. Following the feedback received, we make sure to take appropriate measures in order to progress continuously.
